Unlim Casino is one of six consumer brands operated under a single Anjouan licence by Costa Rican entity 3-102-937046 SRL, the same licensee that holds Fenix.casino, Cryptoboss, casinohype.com, aufcasino.com, and honeymoney.com1 . The Unlim landing page title is “Unlim казино официальный сайт” (Russian for “Unlim casino official site”), confirming Russian-language market positioning. This is a profile, not a tested review.

The Russian-language stable correction

When we first profiled Fenix.casino and Cryptoboss, we speculated the six-brand structure was likely segmenting across multiple audiences (crypto-natives, VIPs, German-speakers, mainstream). With Unlim, casinohype.com, and aufcasino.com all returning Russian-language landing pages with the standard “официальный сайт” title pattern, the reality is more focused: at least four of the six brands (Unlim, Casinohype, Aufcasino, and per its own landing Fenix’s Russian-localised variant) are targeting Russian-speaking players. That is consistent with the historical observation that offshore licensees serving the Russian / CIS / former-Soviet market tend to operate brand portfolios with overlapping product but distinctive marketing surfaces.

The corrected reading: this is a Russian-language brand stable, not a multi-market one. The “official site” title pattern is itself a giveaway: it’s a search-engine-targeted phrase used by Russian-language gambling brands to capture players searching for the canonical domain after seeing the brand referenced elsewhere (affiliate posts, Telegram, streamer chats).

What we cannot verify

The Unlim landing page resolves but renders only a logo and a “Загрузка…” (Loading…) placeholder in the HTML source we captured, meaning the application is client-side-rendered (JavaScript app, not server-rendered marketing copy). We cannot see the cashier, payment rails, bonus terms, KYC trigger, or T&C details from a server-side fetch. A real player session would render the full lobby; an analytical profile from our position cannot.

For prospective players, this means the standard Anjouan-tier cashier diligence applies, read the T&Cs first: maximum withdrawal-per-day caps, KYC trigger thresholds, crypto rail confirmations, and network-fee policy. None of those are operator-published in a way an external profile can quote here.

The licensee structure

3-102-937046 SRL is the second-largest Anjouan licensee by brand count in our coverage (six brands), behind Spinorhino’s licensee (eight brands under 3-102-937541 SRL). The six-brand structure with Russian-language localisation across multiple domains is consistent with the white-label model: one operator entity, multiple consumer-facing skins, each targeted at a slightly different SEO surface or affiliate-network referral path.

What the Anjouan licence actually covers

Unlim Casino is licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Authority, the regulatory body established on the autonomous island of Anjouan (one of the three islands that make up the Union of the Comoros in the Indian Ocean). Anjouan's modern iGaming licensing framework was relaunched in 2023–2024 by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc., the exclusive licence administrator, and has been adopted at scale since by operators that previously sat under Curaçao's old master-licence system. The operator's licence number is ALSI-202509033-FI1, listed as valid on the official Anjouan licence register.

What the licence does

  • Operator vetting at issue. The framework requires KYC on beneficial owners and directors, clean criminal-record checks, source-of-funds documentation, a written business plan, and AML/KYC/responsible-gaming policies before the licence is issued.
  • Game-software certification. Operators must use certified RNG technology, with provider certificates submitted as part of the licensing pack.
  • Segregated player funds. Operators must hold player balances in accounts separate from operating funds. This is the single most consequential player-protection clause in the framework.
  • Formal complaint process. Operators must publish a complaint-handling procedure and respond to player disputes within the timeframes defined by the regulator.
  • Public register and seal verification. Every licensed operator appears on the official register with licence number, issue and expiry dates, status, and authorised domains. Operators may display a seal whose ID resolves to the register entry in real time.

What the licence does not do

  • No binding third-party adjudication. Anjouan provides a formal complaint process between player and operator, but it does not offer the binding ADR (alternative dispute resolution) tier that regulators like the UKGC or MGA mandate. If the operator refuses to pay, the regulator can revoke the licence — but does not order the operator to pay the player.
  • No deposit caps or central self-exclusion. Unlike MGA, UKGC, KSA, or Sweden's Spelpaus, Anjouan does not run a cross-operator self-exclusion register or impose mandatory deposit limits. Self-exclusion is a per-operator setting; players who want cross-operator protection have to rely on GamStop / Cruks / Spelpaus where applicable.
  • Disputes from excluded territories are not mediated. The Anjouan Gaming Board explicitly excludes mediation for players based in jurisdictions the operator was supposed to block. If you played from a restricted country, the regulator will decline the case.
  • No public dispute decisions database. There is no published archive of operator complaints and rulings comparable to the UKGC's enforcement-action page or the MGA's player-complaint summaries. Track-record information has to be reconstructed from third-party sources (Trustpilot, AskGamblers, casino-forum threads).
  • Limited recourse outside the licence. Anjouan's jurisdiction is the autonomous island, not the Comorian Union. Comorian union-level law treats most gambling as prohibited, which creates a structural mismatch: the licence is real and the regulator acts, but it operates entirely within the island's autonomy carve-out.

How this compares to other offshore licences

Anjouan sits in the same operational tier as the new Curaçao LOK framework (issued directly by the CGB since 2024, replacing the old master/sub-licence system) and Tobique (Canadian First Nation regulator that took over from Kahnawake for many crypto operators). All three offer real but light-touch licensing: operator vetting at issue, mandated segregated funds, formal complaint handling, no binding third-party arbitration, and minimal ongoing player-protection infrastructure compared to MGA, UKGC, or KSA.

In practical terms: an Anjouan licence means the operator has been vetted by a regulator that exists, will respond, and can revoke. It does not mean a player will be made whole by the regulator if the operator decides not to pay. Players who want that should play at UKGC, MGA, or comparable-tier operators, accepting the friction (KYC at every turn, withdrawal holds, deposit limits) that comes with that protection.

How Unlim compares to its sisters

Among the six brands under 3-102-937046 SRL, Unlim, Casinohype, and Aufcasino all share the same shell-with-loader landing-page pattern and the same Russian-language title convention. Honeymoney returned HTTP 403 from our test location; Fenix.casino and Cryptoboss render more complete public surfaces. The pattern suggests Unlim/Casinohype/Aufcasino are operating as parallel funnels into the same backend.

Our analytical position

Unlim Casino is a Russian-language sister of Fenix.casino operating under a six-brand Anjouan licensee structure. The licence is current; the consumer-facing surface is client-side-rendered and not publicly readable in detail from our test position. Score reflects: same-licence Anjouan baseline (neutral), Russian-language market focus narrows the addressable audience (neutral, depends on player), multi-brand structure with limited differentiation between sister sites (mild negative for player transparency).

Score: 5.4 / 10, marginally below the Fenix.casino front brand on the same licence due to thinner public surface and the multi-brand portability concern (account, bonus, and dispute history do not carry across sister brands even under one licensee).

Frequently asked questions

Is Unlim Casino the same operator as Fenix.casino?

Same licensee, different consumer brand. Both operate under 3-102-937046 SRL on Anjouan licence ALSI-202509033-FI1. Accounts, balances, and dispute history do not carry across sister brands even under a shared licensee.

Why is the Unlim site in Russian?

The landing-page title 'Unlim казино официальный сайт' uses Russian and the search-engine-targeted 'official site' phrasing common in Russian-language gambling brand marketing. The licensee appears to operate a Russian-language brand stable across multiple domains.

Can I open accounts at multiple sister brands under one licensee?

Operator T&Cs typically restrict one account per player; sister brands under the same licensee may share player-identity tooling and treat multi-accounting across them as a single-operator violation. Read the operator T&Cs before opening parallel accounts.

Does Unlim accept crypto?

Operator landing materials reference crypto support among payment options at time of writing. Specific cryptocurrencies, confirmation requirements, and clearing-time SLAs were not independently verified for this profile.

When this might not apply to you

If you are not a Russian-language player, Unlim’s brand language and likely customer-support language may not match your needs. The Anjouan framework does not include cross-operator self-exclusion (GamStop, Cruks, Spelpaus do not cover Unlim).
